What is next?

I know only God has the answer (why even make this thread )
but after seeing Obama point out the greed that is keeping us in our financial situation, and with the Occupy movement and such... are we really in the end times? or is this just another false alarm?
These are the questions that I now have. I know no human can truly answer them, but I am definitely confused now. If the playing field is somehow leveled, and the greedy people in charge are held accountable, maybe better times are ahead?
Just wanted to see what the ladies in here are thinking

One thing He has promised us, that when we 'see' and 'hear' such things, to see to it that we're not troubled. We are to look up and see and seek our redemption through the power and the love of our God, who is the only God and will always be above all others.

Shimmie, I remember you telling me years ago something like Gods economy is not our economy....something like that but I never forgot it. He has an abundant supply and can never be depleted.

It's true. The mess that economy is in is because it was / is a man-made system and it was sure to fail from the beginning.

God's system never fails. And God will not forsake His children. As a matter of fact, He will use us as His shining example of those who stood with Him and trusted Him, all awhile, the world laughed and called his children the fools.

Who's on the Lord's side? Who chose to trust in Him? Who chose to believe and honour Him? Who chose Him over all other gods?

This is what I am holding onto. I have been doing a lot of reading about the Federal Reserve and the debt system. I am trying to change my focus from escaping debt to using what God gives me to His glory. Hopefully then He can just handle the rest. I dont see what else I can do aside from save, give, and pray. This must also be a part that thing called "resting in his sovereignty."
Me and my mom heard that at a women's conference and its been ringing in my head ever since.
