I'm a newbie and I see a lot of phrases that I am not familiar with. I see "KISS" a lot, what is that?

dimopoulos, would it be an easy thing for there to be an auto "Welcome to LHCF" PM from the admin that newbies can get giving links to useful threads like the one above and even to rules of the forum. That way we don't keep having new threads asking questions that are already answered in a sticky. Just a thought.
