What is exactly IS sabastian cellophanes?

What exactly are cellophanes? Do they have anything to do with the plastic serums? What is in that stuff?

And afte ryou apply it and let it "sit" under a dryer, then what do you do? Do you just rinse it out? Rinse it and shampoo?

Sebastion Cellophanes was a line of hair rinses that coats the hair shaft and promotes shine--I believe they've switched the name to Sebastian Colourshines though. Do a search on Yahoo--and you'll find some sites that sale this product and has the directions on how to use...Hope this helps!
