when you mix apple cider vinegar and water together and pour it over your hair. it helps to seal the cuticles, bring down the ph of your hair. some people say it clarifies, others claim it does not.

:drunk:APPLE CIDER VINEGAR some people wash with every week or once a month it is suppose to help clean out your hair/scalp better and give it a nice healthy shine..i personally think the smell is too strong for me...

is this suppose to lather or you're just suppose wet your hair and add the acv

It's just vinegar and water so it shouldn't lather. People use it as a final rinse...after washing and conditioning...at which point the hair is already wet.

You would make a DILUTED mix or else your hair will be tangled and dried out. Try using the search function to find an exact recipe. An example would be for a gallon of water, you might add 1/4 or 1/2 a cup of acv depending on what your hair likes. I'd start out with a more diluted mixture just to see how your hair reacts first.
