What is a good moisterizer that I can apply directly to my scalp??

I need something that won't leave me in flake city.. flakes everywhere. I used B&B Castor Oil.. I don't know why I used it my hair was so dry I just used it and it made it softer and now I've got sooo many flakes I've gotta wash my hair, I just washed it Tuesday so here I am again any suggestions please.

try ors no more flakes. It has no mineral oil or petroluem and helps soothe the scalp
