I have been on the lookout for a good conditioner that I can use as a cowash on a regular process.

I have eliminated conditioners that contain

Isopropyl alohol
Any silicone
Paraffin liquidium
mineral oil
and lanolin

are there any more ingredients that I should lookout for that I should avoid and what ingredients should I lookout for that I do want included in my conditioner for cowash

I believe you have included all to avoid. Also anything or oil that your hair dislikes. I'm allergic to sweet almond oil so I avoid it.

You shouldn't avoid anything just because "we" say so. Use whatever works for your hair. Good luck finding a product that doesn't have any of the things that people say are taboo.
