Yes it was discontinued. I cannot remember why, but Qhemet posted about it here once. Something about the ingredient suppliers or something like that.

Anyway, the Burdock Root "replaced" it. In my opinion it is different that Sidr. The Sidr Tree butter balm tended to me kinda greasy in a way. My last jars were very greasy! :ohwell: Different that other's I had ordered. She discontinued it shortly after that.

I prefer the Burdock Root Butter Cream, personally. Very creamy and not greasy at all. This one is different than some of her other products in that it does have cetearyl alchohol and cetyl alcohol, lactic acid and things like that.
Her other creams don't really have those conditioning agents.

i really gotta try some of her stuff to see how it works with my hair. i think my hair is finally rebelling against carols daughter's HHB

If you have very dry hair - her products work very well in retaining mositur. Her Heavy cream and the Honey and Olive Pil Balm are the Bomb-

ETA: I have very dry- bleached natural 4abcdefg hair. It helps my hair keep moist!

Thanks for letting us know. Guess I have to try something else when my jars run out. How good is their honey and olive oil? Can I find something comparable in a BSS without ordering online?
