What Happened to My Post Count?

For a while I wasn't able to post because of subscription issues, the board was saying I didn't pay when I did. Anyways, I submitted a ticket and I everything is okay, but my signature and post count is gone. Any mods can enlighten me on what's going on?

Also is there anyway I can email the owner of the site or any way of communication with her?

Have you tried adding your signature again? I don't know what's happening, but send Beverly a pm. She might be on this weekend, otherwise, she'll get back to you on Monday.
