What hair color brand do you recommend?

I have never colored my hair and I am getting really bored. Everything is so ROUTINE now. LOL. I wanna spice it up. I want either a good semi or demi permanent brand. My hair is naturally really dark brown, almost black (but not). In my weave days I was a 1B/2 is that helps lol. I am not sure what color...maybe a dark brown (lighter than mine clearly) or auburn (maybe not) lol.

I just want to know what good brands and experiences are out there.
