is it all in the products... . Or how you condition your hair?

I believe it to be minimal products. Though there are specific products meant for giving body and the appearance of fullness too. So maybe, it's both.

I think it's moisture. Perfectly moisturized hair tends to be well behaved. Too much moisture will give you weighed down hair but too little will give you dry, flyaway hair. I think the key is to try to get the moisture in during the wash cycle via a pre poo, protein treatment and moisturizing deep conditioner. Then, all you need is a heat protectant or hair serum afterwards. Too much product on damp or dry hair tends to lead to weighed down hair.

Moisture is the key for me.

In terms of products:

- Straight hair: less is more.
- Wash n go: more is more.

I put a heck of a lot of condish, oil and gel in my WnG, and my hair has bling and movement. I can't even look at products other than maybe argan oil or a teeny tiny dab of EVCO if I want movement in straight hair.

At times I see really stiff relaxed hair and even natural hair and wonder why it is like that when the hair is at length shoulder length or longer
