What exactly is the definition of pre poo

I have often read the rem pre- poo and nodded. .

However, I am not 100% what it is can someone please tell me what it is.

BTW I have ORS Hair Mayo in my hair right now. It has been in for 34 minutes and I am about to wash and condition. This is not a pre-poo is it?

That is a pre poo. A pre-poo is just that; a hot oil or conditioning treatment before you shampoo. I put on some garnier conditioner on my ends before I shampoo to help keep them moist and it seems to be working.
