What do you use MSM in?

I have this bottle of MSM that has 5000 mcg tablets in it.
And I wont be ingesting them anymore and I know Ive read some of the ladies on here use it for conditioners and such..

Do you use it in your growth aids? conditioners??

I use powdered MSM, actually I'm drinking some right now. I put some in my juice and drink it almost daily. At least 3-4 times a week lately.
i like the vivid dreams that it gives me. My dreams are already vivid, but they are vivid to the 10th power with this stuff.

I have used the powder or opened the capsules and used it in conditioner and pomade. I think I added it to lotion before too.
