What do you pre condition or prepoo with

My pre-poo is a mixture of amla oil, castor oil, and Vatika oil.

I pre-poo with Burt's Bees Avocado Butter Pre-Shampoo Treatment, mixed with either warm Amla Oil or EVOO.

I have been meaning to try this... How is it working for you?

ETA: I used Dabur Amla oil once and didn't like it because it smells like circus animals.....

(It took FOREVER to get that smell outta my hair)

Circus animals?

I've been tempted to try amla oil because so many people seem to like it, but I don't know if I can handle that smell either.

I'm prepooing right now with coconut oil. Let's see how it turns out.
