Heya Adora!!!!

I'm trying to get some information on Silicon Mix.....are you relaxed? What if anything does it do for your relaxed vs your new growth? What brand? Where did you purchase it?

Your help is appreciated!

I can respond if it's okay. I get mine from the Farmers Market. I have the Silicon Mix shampoo and Silicon Mix Avante Hair Treatment (deep conditioner). It only cost $5.29.

Welcome aboard ladies! :hiya2:

Sure you can!!! I welcome with :bighug:
I'm afraid I'll have to order mine. I'm in St. Louis and at our Farmers Market you're getting nothing but fruits & vegetables! :lachen:

Do you think Silicon Mix will help manage my new growth? That's the biggest problems I'm having....stretching my relaxers. Are there different brands? Do you know where I can oder on line? TIA...SO MUCH!

I add warmed jojoba oil to Garnier Triple Nutrition 3 minute undo treatment. The treatment itself has Avocado oil, Shea oil, and Olive oil. I add the jojoba and LOVE the results.

Not to get off OP's subject but my NG responds very well to using conditioner as my daily moisturizer on dry hair. I use Nexxus Humectin on my roots as needed and my roots look healthy and shiny. I'm transitioning to natural also. I believe you can purchase Silicon Mix products online from Amazon.com. I use the ones labeled in the red, white and blue. :lick:

I go to a new stylist who mixes an ampule of liquid B-vitamins and some Turkish hair care oil into the DC. Its left my hair feeling great every time.

I add 15 drops of olive oil and 15 drops of any other oil that I’m trying to get rid of to a 3 to 4 ounce jar or tube of conditioner. I stir or shake it well.

I don't add oil to the Verifen Complex conditioner. There's no need to, since it comes with plenty of oil in it. It stands alone.
