When you work out or do any sort of physically strenuous activity which leaves a bit of your hair moist/damp with perspiration, do you wash your hair that day/night? Are you supposed to?
I work out almost daily, even on days when I do not wash my hair, but I'm wondering am I supposed to wash anyway? For example, I washed yesterday and was planning on DCing tomorrow, but I worked out tonight......should I wash it again or would that be overload? I'm just wondering what's the "right" way to go about this since I am new to washing my own hair, and I haven't really seen it addressed.
