what do yall do and use?

hiya everyone. i have currently 10 inches of hair and i want to get to bra strap prayerfully by the end of this summer ( i know a BIG goal ) but also if not by then by the end of october 2004. i have a few questions. what is surge ? what does it do and where do you buy it from? sllay's? what is capilong? do you have to order it? how much does it costs? what are yall's regimes? i understand that everyone's hair is diffrent, but i would like to get some ideas on what to do with my hair but i love this board. everyone has been very friendly towards me, and i appreciate it alot. my current regime:
wash once a week , switch out between alberto v05, pantene pro-v relaxed an natural, do gro shampoo and conditioner.
hollywood beauty carrot creme, softee hair gel, every now and then, pink lusters conditoning hairdress, gro complex 3000 pink lusters oil sheen.
what can i do to improve this?
and i do use heat, and i'm trying to weane my self from using hairdryers, curling iron, and flat irons. what should i do?

I use the surge revitalizer 14 spray which is really good for growth! Some people have a sensitive scalp and have to spray then oil their scalp or they can only use it once a day. Hope I helped
