What do Ceramides do for you?

Do you moisturize/seal the same night that use H20? If so, at what step do you use your H20. (before you moisturize, after you moisturize, etc)

Hi! For me..When I wash my hair I use a Moisturizing leave-in..Couple of days later I use a regular moisturizer that has water as the first or second ingredient/then re-seal...

*On dry hair-I sometimes will use Hemp Butter mix with some grape seed for a smooth fix...

divachyk yes I use the H20 first and a few drops of my oil mix after - but you definitely don't have to.
