So tired:

*Ponytails that don't even come close to matching the hair color and texture of the wearer

*Matted up kinky twists

*Taking out braids at work or at a party

*Girls bringing bags of hair into their classrooms at school and trying to match up colors by holding up tracks to each other's heads during study time.

OMG!!! I taught it only happens at my job! THe Girls bring tracks of hair and Glue it right there at work!

Ski Jump hair
Hairlines that have gone MIA (ahem Brandy)
Super short bowel type/shaved in the back styles with the top part curled or a bad Halle cut

 @

Lately I've been seeing women wearing weave that's so ancient, its starting to stiffen, roll and nap up like real hair.

Please buy some fresh weave!!!

*Stinky, funky hair that smells like it hasn't been washed in two months. Have we still not yet established that water is NOT the enemy.

*Do rags and wave caps worn in the street. Sorry, but I feel like this is a fad that has outstayed it's welcome.

*Those highlights/streaks that white girls with dark hair get that look like my five year old painted a zebra on their head. I HATE those darn streaks.

Here is my list:

1. I am SO tired of slicked down baby hairs. Sorry, if this is any of you. I think it is an oxymoron. Baby hairs are exactly that, BABY HAIRS. Chili from TLC is the biggest offender.

2. I am tired of women with no napes, doing ponytails and other nape-exposing styles.

3. Tired of little girls less than two hands old with relaxer damage!

4. Hair done like Remy Martin. What would possess you to have blond bangs and jetblack hair?
5. Punk rocker chicks with Kool-Aid dyed hair. WTF is wrong with you? Kool-Aid is for drinking not for hair dye!

6. Women who do fancy hair styles for weeks on end with fuzzy hair, thinking it looks good.

7. Curly weaves. Oprah and Jada are the only two with great curly weaves. It must be done by a professional!

8. Doo Gro products. I know some of you may want to pinch me, sorry. I am offended at products geared towards Black people, like we can't read, write or spell properly. Sorry

9. Doo-rags! I always think of Arabs riding on horses, when I see them. However, I can make an exception if the guy is cute enough

10. Non-gradual weave wearers. Maybe I am not open minded, but if your hair is like a pixie cut, how do you come in looking like Pocahontas the next day? That is not gradual. I thought the person of a hair piece was to give the illusion that this could be yours.

wooooweee :lachen:

What's a feather wrap?

And I like the puff with the ponytail too:lol:

It's like a wrap but it almost looks like it's flipped. You know how people have feathered layers that go away from the face? I know Beyonce had some a few years back. When Independent Women was out. Like Farah Fawcett used to wear her hair. It's like that, but not just the bangs it's the whole head. But it only looks good on like medium length hair. If your hairs like shoulder length or shorter than like chin length it wont fall right. All the hair is feathered going back away from the face. It's hard to describe but instead of a regular wrap every chick out here had a feather wrap. And it's hard to keep. You have to pincurl it by section every night or it won't fall right when you take it down.

Yeah I don't mind the styles. They're all cute. But ahem they were cute a year and a half ago. LOL I'm just tired of seeing the same styles over and over on everyone's head here in Baltimore. We need some new styles. I was rocking a puff and a ponytail about this time last year. LOL I had to let it go. Oh yeah, the soft waves are back out here too. Sorry but that's one style I will not be reviving. I started seeing those last spring around prom and I'm starting to see them more and more now.

  This is too hilarious! I know what it means, I always see that one lonely microbraid in the subways on the train tracks:lol:

:lachen: :lachen: :lachen: You all are cracking me up. I shouldn't have clicked on this thread, Just when I was getting tired enough to go to sleep, now I'm wide awake from laughing so hard, lol.

Y'all be careful of the pieces of weave all over the place. We had a fire in the bathroom because a girl threw a piece of it in the trash after trying to burn the edges......
Im tired of girls with -2" of hair telling people with long hair how to take care of it. If the person has healthy hair practices that you dont agree with leave her alone. Dont run up in her face with trash talking
People trying to comb my hair with a rat tail comb!
Putting their hair up in a ponytail when their edges are non existant.
Little girls with so much barrettes in their hair they can turn their head too fast.
Ok Im done.

I am tired of seeing:

girls with low rise jeans and their stomachs and sides are hanging over the pants so much you cant even see the waistband:(

low rise jeans with hi rise panties:perplexed

these new wigs they have out now that are a very short pixie cut or wrap style and then all of a sudden out of the top comes a huge long curl, it looks like one of those dolls that you push the button in her back to make her hair grow:confused:

Here's another thing I'm tired of seeing and HEARING about.........women whining about how broke they're gonna be every week from getting their weaves and/or microbraids done. If the cost of having and maintaining a certain hairdo is seriously breaking your freakin' budget, YOU DON'T NEED TO BE WEARING WHATEVER HAIRDO YOU'RE WEARING!!!!!

That is so funny you would say that. On a recent business trip my boss said "Oh my gosh. Look at that girl. She has a muffin top." Keep in mind my boss is the cute little older white lady. Me and the guys are like "Who? that chic in the fuzzy top with the big back?" She said "No, that girl with the fat hanging over the jeans and a tiny shirt. It looks like the top of a muffin.":lachen:

We busted up. After that we have been scoping muffin tops ever since!

Why I am so guilty of doing the highlighted when I was in highschool. My black english teacher pulled me outside and was like "baby, somethings you gotta do AT HOME"

:sekret: If I could...I would do the two-toned hair color thing.
