What are you doing or what have you done to thicken up your hair?

I'm starting to get real aggravated with mine. It just looks thinner to me. I negelected to do any protein treatments after my touch up so i'm hoping after I use some protein I will start to see a little thickness again.

I just pre-poo with egg and evoo and now i'm dcing with my ntm. I hope this does a little something.

I have to find aphogee so I can do a hardcore protein treatment soon.

I love how my hair looks when i'm 8 weeks post or more. I'm going to try to stretch my relaxers longer..I hope I can.

daily scalp massages
healthy diet
moisturizing every night to prevent the ends from breaking off
keeping my hands out my hair=more hair on my head
and coating my ends with conditioner when I get a touch up, VERY IMPORTANT:yep:

ETA: minimal heat

Thanks for replying. I was looking through the threads and seen something called mega tek...I'll research that to see if it helps in anyway and i'm going to try henna.

I use food grade aloe vera gel on my hair and scalp. I have been doing this since January daily and my hair is much thicker and never any tangles either.

I miss biotin so bad lol. I had so much growth from it but, the breakouts that I got were just crazy and my mustache was something fierce.

I remember hearing about aloe being good now that I think about it. I started up a post a while ago about my mothers friend who uses it and her hair is really thick. I have to actually try it now lol.

I'll try to stretch longer as well and detangle carefully lol.

Thanks everyone for your response.

Aloe vera thickens hair. I also use castor oil as a gel to slick down my hair. People stated that it will make your hair thicker and yes, it does. My eyebrows have even gotten thicker from castor oil. So now I have more to shape the way I want!
