My sister relaxed her hair this week. She thinks she overprocessed her hair. I haven't seen her because she lives in another town.

What are the signs of your hair being overprocessed? What are some of the ways you can prevent excessive damage?

I know my sister would really appreciate some your from the board. Thanks.... /images/graemlins/smile.gif
