If I had to choose 2, I would pick jojoba because it is very light and closely resembles our natural oils (sebum) so it easily absorbed into the skin and hair providing conditioning; it's high in vitamin E and has antioxidant properties, which are great for you scalp. It also cleanses the scalp of excess sebum and promotes growth. My second oil would be avocado oil because just like jojoba, it's light and penetrates the hair shaft so you get a shine without a greasy feeling. Also it's packed with vitamins A, B, D; amino acids; lecithin; and essential fatty acids. It's supposed to be great for people with sensitive or scaly skin.
