what are some good growth aids that have worked 4 u??

i was just wondering what were some good growth aids that have worked for u because mega-tek was a sick joke. i'm hearing sulpher is the place 2 b but what growth aids have u been using that contains it??

Even though sulfur did work for me, i still dont recommend topical growth aids unless you really plan to be consistent and keep them in your regimen. Tjose twice a day sulfur oil scalp massages were too time consuming and i can get great growth by simply washing twice a week, keeping my hair moisturized, and combing it as little as possible.

I have used stinky MTG in the beginning of my journey to grow back my completely bald temples and it worked great but I stopped after about 3mths. I have brought megatek and beemine but I am not consistent with them so I just gave them away. I don't think I use growth aids in over a year

maybe i should stop with the growth aids. let my hair grow however it feels! lol
