What are all the steps to Affirm Fiberguard? Reviews please?

I am thinking of using this and wanted to make sure that I knew what all the steps were so I can make sure that the stylist does not skip any of them.

Also, what has been the experience of people who used it? I want to use the lye version because I am afraid of no-lye.

1-Apply protecto to previous relaxed hair but this is not necessary.
2-Relax with Fiberguard and of course we base my scalp first.
3-Sustenance Fortifying Treatment after you rinse relaxer.
4-After rinsing Sustenance Fortifying Treatment from hair, lather well with Fiberguard Normalizing Shampoo. Rinse and repeat for a max of 2 sudsings. Lather will be pink when traces of relaxer are still present; white when all relaxers are removed.
