to someone trying to increase the thickness of their hair?(With a relaxer, if that makes a difference)
My hair is thick to begin with, I just want to know how to maintain it or even improve it now that I relax again.

Do you deep condition with protein, relaxer day. and on a regular bases. perform scalp massages, detangle daily to keep loss down.

I do detangle on a daily basis and do scalp massages when i can.
Deep condition with protein the day of my relaxer?

If you want to improve the thickness rather than just maintain it you can start texlaxing if you don't already, that's what I'm gonna do! :yep:

^^I agree with Prose Princess about texlaxing. I transitioned from relaxed-straight to texlaxed and gained the thickness that I've always wanted.

I read in another thread that one member said Joico K-Pak Reconstructor was thickening her strands. I believe she said she used it once a week.

Yes condition with a protein conditioner after rinsing the relaxer from hair, or after neutriler. this is when the hair cuticles are open and allow the conditioners to penitrate into the hair and straigthen the hair.

just do longer stretches and try to keep heat to a minimum and if your hair can handle it try air drying every other wash day
