Wet Wrap

Does anybody have a tutorial on how to wet wrap natural hair? I've seen dozens on how to dry wrap or wet wrap relaxed hair but it seems like my hair just tends to want to curl up so much doing the wet wraps and I don't want to just use direct heat and my rollersets look like bootyerplexed. Any tips?
