Ok, so those of you faithful WEN users and those who have abandoned use of shampoos.... what do you do when it is time for a perm? Do you revert to shampoos for that wash?

When I was relaxed, and used WEN, I used a traditional neutralizing and moisturizing shampoo for my relaxer. No harm, no foul.

You have to use a neutralizing shampoo after relaxing. Wen alone is not going to stop the relaxer from continuing to process.

Yes, neutralizing shampoo is a must. I'm watching WEN on QVC right now. Chaz did say that it's okay to use WEN after getting your hair dyed - just rinse and repeat.

Thanks for your response ladies. I also was watching qvc and he mentioned that he was able to get the host off of relaxers for a few years. So I was just curious as if he had created another miracle substitute for the perming process.

Neutralizing shampoo is Mandatory.
