Well tonight I......

was sitting on my bed and started cornrowing my own hair for the first time in my life. It doesn't look like anything much, but the point is that I was about to gather enough hair to do it. Now maybe I will do a search on braid outs and see how it will come out. This is a little milestone for me.

I took a couple of pictures as well as posted pictures of another attempt at Bantu Knots if anyone is interested.
