Thank you for noticing my hair and I'm glad you decided to join the forum. This board is just so wonderful! I've been a member going on 4 years and I just love it.
I am not biracial. The best thing I have done for my hair is keep heat off it 99% of the time. I may blow dry my hair once a year if that. I may use a curling iron or flat iron (ceramic) once every 4 to 5 months. I do air dry my hair most of the time and occassionally I'll rollerset it. Hooded dryers do not seem to be damaging on the hair as blow dryers and other heated appliances are.
I wouldn't say that I use expensive hair products, but I do use quality products--most of which are only available in salons.
