Hey ladies! Quick question...

Can someone name a product that gives 4b hair weight?

My hair is so light and it stays in place when I take my bun down. I know that's the natural state of my hair, but I'd like a little swing and weight without going to the salon or getting it flat-ironed.

thanks in advance!

I'd also like to know. I've never had "heavy" hair.

Makes me think that maybe it has to do with length. Maybe texture too.

Hmmm. I don't know.

The only time my hair is heavy is when there's something heavy on it. It swings when I have bentonite clay on it :lachen:. It kind of swings in twists sometimes.

That's a good point. I never thought of the weight of my hair having to do with swang. I did notice that whenever I'm wearing my bun and moisturizing twice daily my heavily moisturized hair swings when I let it down. Yet, when I flat-iron with minimal moisturizing products it swings barely. :look:

Hmmmm, when it's wet the hair is stuck together which means more weight..... I guess. Sorry for rambling but you just gave me something to ponder.

Henna!!! I had this problem weightless hair. Now I henna. I have heavy coated hair now. If you aren't ready to henna try an intense protein treatment like Aphogee, that has worked for me to. Either way make sure you moisturize afterwards

CORBINS I realize this is a very old thread, but have you found an answer to this question? I am researching this issue right now.
