I also take a Woman's One A Day. Later today, I am headed to Vitamin Shoppe, because want to add more MSM and L-cysteine, as well as silica and collagen to my regimen. HTH
I'm currently taking GNC Hair, Skin, and Nails Vitamins and GNC MSM, but in terms of actual multi-vitamins, I've taken Centrum and GNC Women's Ultra Mega vitamins with success in terms of noticing more hair growth & hair health. I'm contemplating switching back to Women's Ultra Mega; it has more b-complex vitamins than the Hair, Skin, and Nails formula.

I take two GNC Ultra MegaWoman Multivitamin with Iron daily, and have done so since August 2003. I have experienced a real difference in the way I feel and look overall. I also take 1,000 mg of Vitamin Ester C daily. The vitamin brand is Country Life.
Re: WEIGH IN-WHICH MULTI-VITAMINS DO YOU LADIES TA
I take liquid vitamins. I take a multi b-vitamin complex liquid. I take 1 biotin caplet, two vitamin C chewables, liquid MSM, 2 silica tablets, and two Viactive vitamin D&K milk chocolate chewables.
So I've droped 17 pills down to 5 and I don't count the chewables because it tastes just like candy. I'm thinking of adding ultranourish hair again, but I don't know.
