Does anyone know where I can buy those partings for weaves so all of the hair is covered???

I would purchase it from whatever vendor you purchased the hair from. If they don't have a matching closure, you're going to have to find one that matches the texture. I'd check over at BHM.

I'm sure i've seen them in places like Ace or Pak's Cosmetics. Pak's also have an online store.

Most people order them from the vendor they buy the hair from or from another vendor that has a texture that matches. I'm sure hairsisters and other places like that sell them but again the closure needs to match the hair you're installing. What kind of hair are you using?

Cheap - Ebay, hairsisters - and also ask at your local bss. Mine keeps some of their stuff behind and underneath counters so you have know what to ask for.

Pricier or plain ole expensive - many online vendors that sell cuticle hair also carry closures. e.g. wagmans, extensions plus, halley's curls, senghori shells.

It doesn't have to be an exact match but if you buy it separate from your hair then it has to be something you can work with to make it match.
