I noticed alot of women were asking for the four year hair growth chart. Here's the link to the site:

http://www.longhair.org/HCP/growth.htm

It also has a nutrition chart and some pretty good tips too about pre pooing with jojoba oil, etc.

LOL. I was just browsing looking at some website that showed women with extremely long hair to kill time, and it had that site as one of it's links.

Here's the site:

http://www.llhair.com/english

if you go to the links section, it has links leading to other website with long hair women. That's if you're interested in looking at them.

Thank you. This info is very helpful.

Thank you so much! I have wanted this for a while now. Once I Maxiglide my hair I'm gonna need Leticia!

Tour welcome

That chart is going by average hair growth. I only get a 1/4 inch growth a year so it would take me twice as long to have that kind of growth.

Do you mean 1/4 inch a month? 1/4 inch a year would be very depressing for me.

Wow this chart is so freaky because it's pretty accurate in terms of where my hair growth is for 2 years. Thanks for posting this!

Love the chart! I didn't know you were supposed to measure your hair from the hairline going back!! This is great info. Thanks Seraphim!
