Ok so I have been ps'ing with a half wig about 95% of the time, however I decided to flat iron my hair one day and Im afraid I may have a little breakage from heat damage. 
I want to do a protein/moisture treatment to halt the breakage and then install a sew-in to give my hair a break. Do you think I will do more harm than good by weaving if I have some breakage, instead of just going back under the half wig?
