Weaves with glue?

Anyone do glued in weaves? I know its not advisable and all that but i was just curious. I have a co-worker that does it and leaves it in till the glue becomes soft which is usually in a week. Her hair is long and i doesnt seem damaged.
I did a sewn in once and it hurt and i cut my hair while trying to get the damned thing out.

I've done it once before on my own hair years ago and hated it. I've also done it on others hair per their request, even though I told them it wasn't such a good idea to use glue, since it can pull their hair out if they're not careful. But for your co-worker, to wait until it softens up may be good for her (in her opinion) but using weave bonding glue isn't at all good, unless you know what you're doing. JMO.
