Wearing Scarves Gives me the Worst Headches!

Ok, in order for me to wear my hair ina decent bun/ponytail I have to wear a scarf and tie it down overnight or a few hours....but in order for it to lay flat I have to tie it down tight...problem?

I have the worse headaches ever from this.

I've tried wearing the scarves looser but then my bun looks a hot mess.

Anyone else having these issues, or am I the only simple one who doesnt know how to master this technique?

Try a scarf under a bonnet, a bonnet alone, or get a larger scarf.

Or put a stocking cap over a looser scarf.

I was going to suggest the bonnett too. If you want a still closer fit, just roll the elastic back around the edges. I do that anyway because I'm always scared of it pinching my edges or that I'll have that "ring" on my forehead.
