wear braids or twists? help!

Hi...I'd like to know your regimine after you take your extensions out? Do you deep condition? Shampoo only? condition, then wash?

I really need some help here

After I take my braids out I detangle my hair using a wide tooth comb, shampoo first then deep condition w/heat for about 20-30 mins.

No it was strong.

after I take my braids out I usually detangle well with a wide tooth comb, wash with aphogee shampoo, 2. do a protein treatment with aphoghee damaged hair treatment and then put in a moisturising hair treatment for 30 minutes.
