Hi girls...my mother has been getting Wave Nouveau done forever and unfortunately her hairdresser of many years died a few weeks ago. She is totally lost now and has no clue where to go to get this done in the DMV area. Anyone know of any good salons/stylists in the area that do Wave Nouveaus?
