they are using such a small amount of the clients hair to hold on those wefts. looks to me like they would pull out her hair easily. especially when the wefts are wet and the weight of the weave increases. at least with cornrows its possible to spread the weight of the weft along a large amount of hair.
either way, the video is really high quality.
 
*eta I just saw the whole thing but it looks like it would damage your hair. I couldn't put my hair through that kind of strain :eek:

Yeah, It looks very damaging to the hair, I would be too scared. That curly weave looks a hot mess...how the heck do you put in a curly weave but leave the top straight...at least do a full head..that does not looks natural at all.

ITA! THAT CURLY WEAVE LOOKED HORRIBLE! IF I WAS THE STYLIST I'D BE ASHAMED TO SHOW IT...JMO:ohwell:
 
:eek: . No, thank you. Looking at the condition of the model's hair before the weave application was enough to make me want to NEVER try this technique.
