Watch those raggedy fingernails

I just snatched out a few strands of my wet hair on a fingernail. I know this has been posted before but this is just a reminder. I was in the shower shampooing and even though I filed my nails, my hair still got caught in one of my nails and was ripped out. I then put on one of those thin plastic gloves (the kind you use for chemical services). After I put the glove on, I finished washing and conditioning. Guess what? No more snags.

Yeah, this happened to me yesterday when I shampoo'd.. I had like 3 strands in my nails Usually I'm really mindful of making sure my nails are smooth before jumping in the shower

Thank you for this thread because I've got the shower running now. I can't find my nail file and my nails are in serious need of filing. I guess I will put some gloves on tonight.
