Hey guys so i want 2 know do you guys put a reconstructor like apohogee b4 or after u DC with like ORS Mayo plz let me know ASAP thnx alot
 
I don't use either of these products, but I thought they were both protein conditioners.

b4 because the Apoghee says to do after shampoo.
