I got mine off of an ebay store. They come in lots of 2. I figure using this...followed by some coconut oil could be good.

Not when you dilute it. You only need a little bit of the seabreeze. The water does most of the work. Its the salt that is drying your hair and scalp out.

Off to ebay I go and I know many LHCF ladies swear by cocounut oil, so I'll get that too.
 
I work out 5 days a week......I was washing every other, however I recently tried CW. So one day I CW, the next I wash. This is my 1st doing this natural + it's summer time. Not sure if my routine (as far as washing) will change for the winter.
When I had a relaxer I washed 2x a week. Too much maintenance.
 
My hair looooves being washed after a workout. I've received nothing but positive responses from my hair since I began CO-WASHING. Just remember to CUT HEAT OUT! :)
