Well I co washed at bout 10 am today and my hair still isnt dry. The roots are still damp. If I didnt put product in my hair I think it would be dry by now.

less than an hour. when i was relaxed, natural, when it was long or when it was short. my hair isnt really full and the strands are thin so it doesnt take long

It take my hair a day to air dry.Now I sit in front of the fan in my air conditioner for about 2 hours. My hair gets about 80% dry with this method.

Several hours. I wash my hair very early in the morning. And way into the afternoon it is still damp. I can cut it down an hour or so if I sit near my fan (air conditioning) or under our ceiling fan.

Mine usually takes ~10 hours. Most it dries on the top after 4 hours, but underneath it is very wet. :ohwell:

It takes about an hour for my hair to airdry. On a personal note, I have fell in love with the baggie method as a part of my wash n go set. :dance7:

Same here. I have thin strands but a lot of them and they coil around each other and just hold on to water. I wash my hair early the a.m. By the time I get home and eat dinner it's STILL wet (not damp) in the middle.

So glad you started this post :)

I am not a wash-n-goer in the traditional sense. I typically wash, airdry, then put in a bun, scarf method at night, straighten, etc. I always thought that since my hair has no curl due to my relaxing bone straight, that a wash-n-go would be drab.

Well, this morning I co-washed and left the house with wet hair. I didn't put any product in it save for a little Surge at the roots - mainly because I was rushing.

My drive to work is about 45 minutes, and I had my windows down and sunroof open. By the time I got to work, my hair was about 85% dry (ends were dry, but scalp was still a bit wet. It normally takes my hair about 3-4 hourse to completely dry. Anyway, I put my sunglasses on my head to use like a headband to keep my bangs away, and I got so many compliments! I actually love the way it came out - even without curls. It just looks really thick and fluffy. Since I'm co-washing daily, I definitely will do this more while it's hot.

For my hair to air dry in a bun it usually takes 2 days (no kidding), for a wash and go it takes about 3 hours wearing it down. For my wash and go ponytail, the hair hanging takes about 2 hours but the roots will still be damp when I take the ponytail down that night.

I am about the same and I have very thick, comb breaking dynamite primarily 4a/ some 4b hair. My hair is relaxed. I wash, condition, put in a leave in and bun. The majority is dry in an hour hour in a half and the back I don't worry about because I wrap and tie it in Saran Wrap.

When I put it in a bun directly after washing it takes a few hours to get completely dry. If I airdry loose, then it takes 45-90 minutes. I must have fine hair. :ohwell: Also, it takes me <5 minutes to detangle b/c of the fine hair.
