Okay, I did a roots only dry shampoo with Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Special Shampoo (refer to Mon 6/23/03 Journal Entry on how that's done). I then rinsed my hair with warm water in the shower and slapped on some Motions CPR. I found out something profound on my last wash, my hair does not like to be combed when wet, so I did not comb the conditioner through like I normally do. I then let that sit for an hour with my plastic cap.
After that I got back in the shower rinsed the CPR out and added my new fave conditioner At One With Nature's Botanical Reconstructor Conditioner with Moisture Recovery which I left on my hair with the plastic cap while I actually showered and then rinsed that out after about 5 minutes. This stuff is the best!!! It's better than Keracare Humecto in my opinion and it costs less, thanx Mochalolita for giving me this!!!
I then wrung out my hair and mixed a quarter size amt of Aloe Vera Gel with my Elucence MB Conditioner to my damp hair. My hair is now air drying.
Luckily last Thursday my mom french braided my hair, but today when my hair is dry I'm going to attempt to french braid or flat twist it myself with guidance from http://motowngrl.8m.net/flattwists.htm and http://motowngrl.8m.net/french_braid.htm
I'll tell you how everything turns out later.
