Robin suggests this on her site for even faster hair growth. Is anyone doing this? What has been your results?

Is this if you have your natural hair in braids? Cause I just can't imagine wetting my braids with Kanakelon hair in it, it would be too heavy! Now if your wetting your natural hair that's braided everyday then that wouldn't be a problem. I guess you can wet your extensions everyday but I don't think I could stand all that weight on my neck! Den1 has a great stocking cap wash method that really works great for naturally braided or twisted hair.

I was gonna say the same thing. The stocking cap method works really well. I think it works well with braid extensions too. She has the whole breakdown in her album.

Where exactly is this on her site? I dont recall reading this but Im not doing that. Braids are very heavy when wet and washign everytday would be too much for my hair. On top of that they would be frizzy by the first week..... *Off to see if I can find this bit of info....*

I wash my braids once a week and I have no problems. I have been doing that for as long as I can remember.

It says that it's okay to wash braids weekly on the site, but I don't see anything about washing or rinsing them daily.

Robin, states that you can shampoo the scalp regularly whilst in braids for faster growth here is an excerpt from her HAIR TIPS section.

Shampooing Your Braid Extensions or twists Daily

You can also shampoo your scalp daily when wearing braid extensions and twists and achieve very quick growth. Use the 2 products, Braid spray and Infusium 23 on your scalp and braids--twists each time you shampoo your scalp.

I'll start doing this once it gets a lil warmer around these parts.
I know for a fact that my hair grew the fastest when my I washed my hair daily. So i know this would work for me. Thanks for the responses.
