If I was in the same town, I would go and test each one. Have them plug it in and run them for about 15mins on different settings.

That's what I was thinking when I saw it. I'd never buy such an item from Ebay anyway and I already have a Pibbs 512 and love it. I just wanted to look because it sounded to good to be true....LOL..and I think it is.
