I tried to do a search but I am on my phone. I bought the shea cashmere. Has anyone used the silkies? Is it considered a protein? It contains hydrolyzed keratin and biotin and panthenol. I wanted to use it to wash out my henna and to cowash with.

I've used this...it does have a little protein in it but it left my hair soft. I liked the smell at first but after using it a couple of times it got to be sickening:ohwell:

SmilingElephant Thanks. I hope the smell doesn't bother me. I usually hate fake coconut smell. I hope it isn't sweet sweet and cloying.

HanaKuroi It smells like vanilla and smells great in the bottle but it takes on this different scent out of the bottle and my nose jus wasn't havin it!:nono:

I buy this instead of Moisture Milks b/c the MM broke out my chest and back and made my scalp itchy. I use it to rinse out my pastes or to mix into pastes. I use either Silky Experiences or Tea Therapy. Mine is fruity scented though.
