I don't know if anyone has ever ordered from here before, but if you are considering it, I do not advise it. Their shipping takes forever and their customer service agents are not honest. I ordered a unit from them early last week and still have not received it. Terrible service.

I was just about to order from them and then I looked at their facebook page. It seems as if there were a lot of complaints that they don't address and they also seem to have a lot of excuses (such as the chinese holiday????). I really want Faith, but given their customer service, I will pass.

I got Faith and Camille from them (looooved them, especially Faith) and got quick service! Oh dear, I was about to order again, I hope they don't end up becoming trifling! Will wait until the smoke clears...

Yea they assured me they would upgrade my shipping and I would receive my unit today. And that never happened. I had to call them numerous time just to et a tracking number.

I would be cautious about ordering from there.
