I have known about this vitamin for many years. But for the price, there are better values and better formulas out there when it comes to hair vits. I use Longer, Stronger Hair Vits (a Rite Aid vit I think), Natrol HSN, Nioxin Recharging Complex, and have tried GNC Ultra Nourishair.

I would read lots of reviews on Viviscal, because anything costing that much has me skeptical. You might be able to put together the specialty ingredients with a regular HSN (hair, skin, nail) vit and get as good, or better results. I do not know anyone who uses Viviscal.

They do work like a charm but so does Nature's Life Marine Collagen. You can order Nature's Life from Vitaminshoppe.com or pick them up in the store. I get the same results for a much cheaper price.

Viviscal back in the day grew my hair when I had severe hair problems. It doubled my growth rate. However for some reason when they changed company it doesn't seem to do the same so I'm trying Nioxin this time.

They are supposed to be very good, from the reviews I have read. Many people had very good results.

So far so good! I'm trying to avoid "watching the pot" so to speak, so I probably won't do a length check until the end of Feb.
