I have saw that some of you are using this product. I want to know have you tried it and is it working for you?

OHHH ME FIRST ME FIRST!!:bouncegre I've read some posts where lot's of ladies have bashed and trashed this product but I LOVE IT. I've been taking in since October when I read about it in Vogue. It's been a lifesaver. In August I got a very very very short cut. The back and crown were cut down to about 1 - 1.5 inches and the front was about 3 or 4 inches long. Today My hair is about an inch away from shoulder lenth and that's with having 2 deep trims, one in November one in January. I noticed the difference with Viviscal within about 3 weeks, it's like there was different, healthier, faster growing hair sprouting out of my scalp. Most people however need to stick with it for awhile to notice any real changes. They reccoment you take 2 pills a day for 6 -8 months and then 1 pill a day after that to maintain your progress, a lot of people say that it takes them until those 6 or 8 months to start seeing and inch or more of growth a month. I think the key to success with Viviscal is sticking with it. I wasn't doing anything special to my hair when I was taking Viviscal, no multi vitamin, curling my hair every other day, relaxing every 6 weeks, washing every 10 days, and hair was still thriving. My hairdresser was amazed everytime I came in for a wash or touchup, she was convinced that she was developing magical hands:lachen: .

Some of my friends at my agency have also been taking Viviscal, (some of them are white, some mixed, some black) and they also have had great success, it's one of the modeling worlds little secrets about growing out some of the ridiculous haircuts that some celebrity stylists will insist on giving a model!:lol: HTH!!

ive been contemplating getting this for soooo long!, i think i'll def purchase it when i get my funds together, anyone else want to give there opinion on viviscal?
 
i 've been wanting to buy it for the longest the black one not the pink one they made for ladies. with that marine ingredient but the cost:eek: adds up with all the things. i take i heard a lot of good things from my friends who take it; but they white.hum i may try it one day but its too damn expensive!:(

I've used Viviscal and had great success! It grew my hair like nobody's business...I just couldn't pay for it any longer then. But, now I am in a much better position to get it and I was just thinking about this the other day.

My hair was so much healthier and thicker too. I think it's going to do wonders for me now, since I'm transisitioning and will be doing lots of conditioning washes and DC now that its getting warmer.
 
This products seems to be interesting and I think I want to try it. Is it at the local drug store? How much does it cost. I have been buying products like crazy so maybe this will stop by spending....

EDITED: ONE BOX ONLY LAST A MONTH. they advise to use it for 6months to see results so you need at least 300dol plus tax more or less

i remember it being around 75 doll the last time i checked a couple years ago maybe its more i need to double check

here it s cheaper but you have to use it for 6months for the results so it adds up but still expensive check different sites cause the prices does vary but for a 6month supply i think you need 300dol or less not sure

and you get better results with the black box which is the original one with that marine protein, dont get the new one the pink one specially for ladies got less of that stuff i think

I purchased my from a seller on yahoo for $46/box. I didn't really notice a difference with it, but I don't think I used it long enough (3 mos.)

50dol! damn i wonder if i can find it for cheaper cause it still amount to 300dol for 6bottles hum i was always tempted to take just one bottle but the lady told me they only guarantee the results for 6 months of use. how long did you see results Nice & Wavy did you wait 6months or less?

One of my male friends, who is CLUE-LESS and never notices when I do anything to my hair (including chopping it all off) told me that is was very frightening how fast my hair grew.:lol: But like I said they say it takes 6-8 months for you to really see results.

Hi ekomba,

It took about 3 weeks and I saw results. It really worked fast for me. The first thing I noticed with taking it was the thickness and the softness of my hair. Then the length began...the reason why I know that is because my husband mentioned to me that my hair is growing longer, what are you doing to it? He gets really excited when my hair grows...y'all know how men are...they love long hair!

It does work...it may take longer for others to see results, but for me it was really quick. That's why i'm going to start again. I figure that with Viviscal, MSM, conditioning washes, along with my other vitamins, etc., I should see bra strap by September of this year.

wowwww Nice & Wavy you saw results that fast:eek: hum you convinced me . i did not want to shell money for 6months straight without seeing any results when i get faster results with other pills, hum great girl i may add this to my list i m start with one box next month hehe:p :D i always wanted to try viviscal and formula h37 but this last one is too many pills but i m get the viviscal though

Just a word of caution... if your face breaks out when you eat shrimp or lobster, or if you have an iodine sensitivity, please do not use this! It will break you out like nobody's business!

It should work for you because you already have jump-started your growth spurt with all of the things you take. (your hair looks great, by the way). I didn't like the formula 37...it did nothing for me at all.

:( SB44 thanks for the warning so it does break you out too lol i m see how my body reacts too it. Usually i have no problem with seafood. shrimp and lobster are my favourite foods:grin: hum i think i m gonna try it but next month though i want to eliminate one pill and replace it with the viviscal:)

I have wanted to try this for a while but I have read mixed reviews on other sites. I have never heard anyone say that they experienced any adverse affects using it but many people said that it didn't do anything for them. You all are tweaking my interest again :eyebrows2 hmmm.
 
Hopefully I'll be able to figure out how to send pics from my phone to my fotki by the end of the day, I took some pics last night. One of them is a pic of my bangs. I cut them to just about my eyebrows january 28th when i got my last touch up. I took a picture of a piece that i stretched out after my touch up and rollerset yesterday and it touches the tip of my nose. Viviscal was the only thing I was taking until March so I am pretty darn sure that most of that wonderous growth came from the Viviscal!
