Viviscal and silk base and closure and weave=growth and retention, HERE I COME!

I ordered 3 months of Viviscal and some hair from silkbaseclosures.com. I ordered the Brazilian bundle and I am SOOOOOO looking forward to braiding ALL of my hair up and getting some growth. Well, it's not really growing my hair that's the issue, I was shedding so bad last year that I used to cry when I had to wash my hair. I tried low manipulation, PS baggying and then I just gave up. I believe it was the birth control I was taking and now my hair is wafer thin compared to how it used to be, and I am already working with fine hair... Now that I have the shedding under control, I cut off the straggly ends which amounted to about 1/2". I should be getting my hair and closure next week and I will post pics. I am excited to receive my Viviscal, I have heard some great reviews from it. I am taking Hairfinity as well. I get great growth as it is but it was the shedding that did me in. I'll keep you ladies posted!!!

I am about to start taking Viviscal as well. I got my ends trimmed Saturday and I actually got the Viviscal a few days ago, but I'm waiting to officially start February 1st --- tomorrow!

My hair started thinning a few years ago well I was preggers with twins. It's gotten a little better, but its still really thin.

Along with the Viviscal I'm taking a prenatal vitamin, biotin, Omega 3 and Vitamin 'E' for on my edges.

I starting taking Viviscal at the end of November 2011 and I am VERY pleased with my results. I saw growth and improvement to my hair after only 1 month. I am currently wait for my 3rd month supply to come in (took the last pill from month #2 today).

I plan on taking it for a full year and after that I will just take 1/2 a does until I feel the need to stop.
